layer. Water vapor barrier so product keeps it weight and stays
fresh for a long time, Oxygen barrier to keep air out of the product,
which causes discoloration, Aroma barrier so that full taste reaches
the taste buds.
These casings
are offered in an assortment of colors and diameters. They can be
shirred or custom cut, cap or clipped to your specification. Top
Casings can be printed up to 6 colors.
Top Fibrous
Casings are available in: Black, White, Cream, Yellow, Gold, Red,
Brown, Natural and Clear colors.
