Natural Hog Casings

Our hog casings are selected in diameter ranges from 28mm-45+. The transparency allows the consumer to see the sausage ingredients giving perception of quality. Our casings are tender but strong for your linking equipment. Also available whisker free.

Natural casings not only protect the fine flavor of your sausage it keeps the sausage tender and juicy with a well filled appearance. Hog casings are used for Cooked Sausage, Country Style Sausage, Fresh Pork Sausage, Pepperoni, Italian Sausage, large Frankfurters, Kishka, Kielbasa and Bratwurst.

Pasted Hog Casing:

Pasted hog casing for dry and semi-dry sausage products are made of laminated animal tissue, air dried, and in some calibers nettings are applied for extra eye-appeal.

Every sausage maker is aware that a natural casing is preferable for dry and semi-dry sausage. With the air dried natural casings, you can get better moisture extraction, better smoke penetration & excellent peelability.
